The SendBig service allows users to send files to
one or more recipients identified by a valid email address (the "Service").
The Service operates by storing the user files on a SendBig server
and then sending to the recipient(s) an email message that contains
a link to the user file. The recipient(s) can then access and download
the user file by clicking on the link.
SendBig may update this Privacy Policy from time
to time and will handle your information in accordance with the version
that was in place when you submitted it. SendBig will notify you of
any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. SendBig
reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please
review it frequently. If SendBig make material changes to this Privacy
Policy, SendBig will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice

however. Therefore, while SendBig strive to use commercially acceptable
